I've proudly been working on my beard for 6 months using conditioner, oils, and beard strengthening and went for my first trim ever here. I was questionable and nervous about going but trusted the process and stylist. I wish I could truly express how I feel but I can't other than I'll never trust nor will I ever be back here. My beard looks like it has been slaughtered there's absolutely nothing to it. No shape and length is absolutely gone. I'll have to shave and start back over due to this.
