Called today around 10:20 am. They need work on their customer service skills and with whoever answers the phone. Whoever I spoke to was extremely rude. Whether a customer is inquiring, making a mistake or politely looking for information, a customer is a customer. Is this how low we've gotten in society?

May want to get someone else to answer the phones. I was immediately turned off by the lack of professionalism. When politely inquiring about an employee, you get, "I dont know what you're talking about there's no one here by the name". I guess that's the 2026 way. Go elsewhere.

I feel so bad, I thought I had written a review about my visit which was about 2 mo ago. I live in Westland and it was a Tuesday. I went to the Great Clips next to Kroger at the Merriman/Cherry Hill location. I wasn't able to get a cut there because the sign said they had staffing issues 🥺 I definitely needed my hair cut, it's very thick, was getting too long for my liking and not only was it driving me crazy, it was too hot 🥵 So I checked Google Maps for another location. Sam was phenomenal. Professional, friendly, competent. I never remember exactly what to say when they ask me how I want my haircut done and she took a little bit of extra time to go through some good options with me and we actually found a new style that I absolutely love, it really helps hide my balding pattern lol.
