Unpredictable results depending upon who you get. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt one too many times when given a bad haircut, time to move on. Edited 9/18: Generic, automated response to my review's feedback just as I expected, even after I've been going to this salon for several years. It's certainly reflective of the salon staff's attitude as well when an issue arises...

Went to get my haircut today. There was one person ahead of me so I was talking on my phone and i guess the person ahead of me didn't show up. Instead of letting me know that she's ready for me, she asked me "Do you need to be on your phone?" There's a nicer way to do that. I'm traveling for work and yes I do need to be on my phone. How about letting me know you're ready for me instead of being rude? Went down the street to Supercuts where they were polite and I gave her the $20 tip instead. Called today around 10:20 am. They need work on their customer service skills and with whoever answers the phone. Whoever I spoke to was extremely rude. Whether a customer is inquiring, making a mistake or politely looking for information, a customer is a customer. Is this how low we've gotten in society?

May want to get someone else to answer the phones. I was immediately turned off by the lack of professionalism. When politely inquiring about an employee, you get, "I dont know what you're talking about there's no one here by the name". I guess that's the 2026 way. Go elsewhere.
