Been coming here since 2022, the only place I go to get my hair cut. Came in tonight, August 6 2025, around 5:00pm. Waiting nearly 45 minutes. When I sat in the chair (Anne I think was her name, new to me), I specifically told her what to do. High fade, don’t touch the top. First thing she does is take clippers meant for the sides to the top of my head. Walked right out in the middle of my hair cut. I recommend Vivian or Yvonne. Anne? Clearly doesn’t listen.

I went for men haircut. They screwed up my entire haircut and now hair looks very bad. They didn’t even use scissors just the trimmer and was done in 5 min. I would never recommend it. I even showed the picture of how the haircut should look it still they messed up

I came in to get my haircut and my elderly dad’s haircut. After his cut, his sugar was low and we quickly paid and left. When I saw him in the car, I realized the stylist completely trimmed off his mustache! What was she thinking? This was the second time the same stylist did a half-assed job. The other stylist messed up my beard as well. I offered to show both stylists pictures of what the haircuts should look like but they were adamant about following the notes and didn’t bother to even look at the pictures.
