Jeni is my stylist at Airport Plaza in Kelowna BC. She always listens to me and respects my wishes. I leave happy every time.
Tried it again after walking out of my last haircut. Signed in online. 22min wait so I rushed over accross town. Only for the girl to take a 'walk in' right before me. Then say she's closing in 30 mins and I got no haircut. What's the point of signing in? Why use the online check in? It would have been the same blond girl again who I walked out on before. So prolly for the best Zero stars.
