For 2800 dollars hair cut I expect alot better
I have just gotten out of the hospital from a long stay and desperately needed a hair cut. I feel refreshed and grateful. I didn't get the stylists name but she was great. She had tattoos and some piercings. Please let her know!! Thank you.
