Overcharged us $30. Realized they made a mistake but didn't try to contact us. Thankfully we came back. Unorganized and untrained. Made it feel like we were the problem. Enjoy the tip money we should have taken back. Lost 2 long time customers today.
I am not happy or impressed by my experience yesterday. The hairstylist kept calling me “sweetheart” which made me uncomfortable since we’re strangers. I told her to only trim off what needed to come off (just the dead ends), but without my permission she cut 4 inches off of my bangs (which used to be the same length as the rest of my hair!!! Now I can’t even put them behind my ear! So they’re constantly dangling in my face. Plus, her scissors and hand were less than an inch from my face while she cut downwards on my bangs! ... read more
