This is the first review i've ever posted. I took my 86 year father to get his haircut. He has a myriad of health problems and limited time out of his home. He was told it would be 20 minutes until his appointment. After 20 minutes he was told they could no longer take him. This is beyond unacceptable, and to make matters worse he told me that the lady at the front desk was very curt, bordering on rude when he first came in. If i could give a lower grade i would. There's too many other options out there. Avoid this business.
Natalia who cut my hair did an excellent job. I’m so pleased with my cut. I will go to this location again.
Terrible experience, I've been there twice and both times met with rude ladies, making snark remarks and only servicing my hair for 5 minutes, they wouldn't even listen when I mentioned that I wanted it shorter, her words where, "I don't cut twice". What a joke, concerning this is a client based service industry.
Denied my grandson and treated his mother so terribly that she left crying! Horrible experience
