I lived here for about 8 months in ‘08-‘09. I was at risk of falling behind at my own school, but thanks to Great Circle (otherwise known as Butterfield Youth Services), I only had to make up one year instead of two. During my stay here, I made allot of friends. They were girls and boys struggling in life just like me, so it was easy to befriend them. I am saddened that BYS is closing. I hope that the employees that worked here can find new jobs that are just as rewarding. I have so many memories of being here even after all... read more

I’ve worked at Butterfields/Great Circle for 12 years and I will until the day it closes. Shout out to my South Girls!!💕 And our Tom Butterflied Campus and Staff !! 📣

This place is absolutely disturbing. I was their from 2019-2020. Staff are rude, harsh, abusive and hateful. Staff would do anything in their power to turn the kids against each other. They picked favorites. They would put kids in holds for absolutely no reason at all. when they did put them in these holds they would leave bruises, cuts, marks and not to mention broken bones. You would think as you’re putting you’re child in these residential facilities that they would be safe, loved and ALL their needs would be met. But tha... read more
