Had used them before. Came out and installed Apple TV device and new DVD. Left without trying to reboot any devices and ended up stretching my HDMI cords until they broke. Didn't leave DVD remote. Told me they were late because they had to run and fit in a larger client in my time slot so were 2 hours late. Tried to be patient and was willing to wait until next Monday to resolve (a week after install). They're saying now they might try and "fit me in" but they’re booked out.
