The person who helping me with my recent oil change asked me if I’ve been topping up my own oil between oil changes because it was overfilled. He said doing so can cause damage. I told him actually no the last time anyone touched the oil was here at the same location with a different technician during the last oil change. This person then backpedaled quickly and said oh it wasn’t filled too much, it’ll be just fine. Like what in the world…. Can’t trust them.
