There for over half hour.. another tuck in another bay stuck there and would no longer start after oil change. Broke off two bolts trying to take off the skid plate and couldn’t fix them. Told us we would have to go to Toyota to get the broken bolts out. Just paid $50,000 less than a month ago and it really wasn’t even in need of an oil change yet. Will never return to this location again. Skid plate is barely hanging on now on our brand new truck.
This was excellent. I went in for an oil change and they looked at my existing oil and said it was clean and an oil change was not required. He also checked my tire pressure windshield wipers, indicator lights and topped up my wiper fluid. No charge for any of this excellent and friendly service.
Best service in town… was quick and efficient. Was serviced by Andrea who was amazing and made the whole experience easy! Great job and I will be back!
Staff are always friendly. I enjoy interacting with them at this location. They are honest and respectful. Never had a bad visit yet, been going here for years now.
I’ve visited the Napanee location on and off for years and they are always kind, professional and very knowledgeable! They even had a little toy box for my kiddo! I highly recommend them :)
