Amazing manager and staff. Had what could have been a dangerous blowout on my trailer. Dennis, the manager, came over right away and offered his help. He had to go to his house to get the proper tools but fixed us right up. He then directed us to the shop where he checked the tire pressures and torqued the nuts on to proper specs. All that and he didn't want to charge us anything. THAT is an amazing guy. Will be driving the hour to Duncan now for any future oil changes.
Went to the Duncan BC location and had Kyle and Corbin change the oil in my truck. Super friendly and polite, they explained the process, answered all my questions and their polite professional manner made the experience so much better. Will go back over and over if I get Kyle and Corbin.
