Recently, several bolts holding the engine splash guard under my Ford Escape SUV fell out, leaving the guard dragging on the road and hanging by a single bolt. I was miles from home and didn’t feel safe driving with it like that. I happened to be in Chilliwack, so I stopped at a Honda service centre to see if they could help. I had my first oil change with this company a month ago and had great service. I popped in with an unrelated issue and they were very helpful and kind. I was having a rough day and they made it so much better. Highly recommend!
I was originally scheduled for an appt at one of the large dealerships in Parksville. I showed up and was told it would be a two hour wait. I left and went across the road to the Parksville Great Canadian Oil Change and had the most amazing service from them. Changed oil, air filter and new wiper blade done in about 20 mins all in. Such a nice young gentleman too. Sorry didn't get his name. I'll be back for sure!!! Thanks for turning my frown upside down!!
I had a terrific experience today while having my oil changed in Kelowna. My “person” Brady was a very cheerful employee who assured me that my experience would be thorough and a good choice for me. He found me on the computer and told me how delighted he was that I had returned. He went iver everything with me and asked me a lot of questions regarding my continuous care of my car. I've been going to the Kitchener location for years, even before they rebranded. Great service that mixes professional courtesy with the human element. Sumit and DK helped when I was there last time and it was very quick and smooth.

I recently attended the Dundas Ont location for an oil service. Take my advise folks! This place is run by incompetent persons. If you lose the original oil plug while changing oil just use any old bolt. No matter that it doesn't have a seal. And then when it leaks all over your garage floor NEVER EVER admit fault The young woman who "manages" this outlet sure didn't care a bit about her customer. She should be fired.
