My name DP and i went to oil change at Great Canadian oil change the service was super and quick. the customer service was good. Ammar did excellent service!
Came in and had my transmission fluid changed for my Honda CRV. Shortly after, I started noticing my car would vibrate periodically at certain speeds. When I finally got around to checking it out, my mechanic told me that a stock standard Valvoline Max Life Oil was used, instead of the Honda specific transmission fluid, and it has damaged by car. My son recommended this establishment to me If he says something is good,it’s good. Haven’t quite right. It’s GREAT!! The people there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’m in and out of there in under 10 minutes knowing they did perfect work on my car. This was my first time today May 20 2026 at Great Canadian Oil change West Kelowna B.C.I use to service my 1992 Corvette myself when I lived in a house with a garage but we live in a condo now so I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their friendly manner. They treated my old car like it was a new Corvette. I’ll definitely go back for oil changes and other services.
Recently, several bolts holding the engine splash guard under my Ford Escape SUV fell out, leaving the guard dragging on the road and hanging by a single bolt. I was miles from home and didn’t feel safe driving with it like that. I happened to be in Chilliwack, so I stopped at a Honda service centre to see if they could help. They told me their minimum charge was $199 an hour and couldn’t say how long the repair would take. Since Canadian Tire was nearby, I tried them next. I was originally scheduled for an appt at one of the large dealerships in Parksville. I showed up and was told it would be a two hour wait. I left and went across the road to the Parksville Great Canadian Oil Change and had the most amazing service from them. Changed oil, air filter and new wiper blade done in about 20 mins all in. Such a nice young gentleman too. Sorry didn't get his name. I'll be back for sure!!! Thanks for turning my frown upside down!!
I had a terrific experience today while having my oil changed in Kelowna. My “person” Brady was a very cheerful employee who assured me that my experience would be thorough and a good choice for me. He found me on the computer and told me how delighted he was that I had returned. He went iver everything with me and asked me a lot of questions regarding my continuous care of my car.
