I went in recently for an oil change and transmission flush. The staff were nice and helpful. However, upon completion, I noticed the car bucking a little, and the engine light had come on. When I went back the next day, getting out of 1st gear was very hard, and some strange noises where coming out from under the hood. I went back, and after telling them what was going on, they determined they hadn't put enough fluid in the vehicle. They apologized and didn't bill me a second time, but that was it.
