The service was impeccable and the young lady and Adam have to be my favorite people when I go there.
I came in for a simple oil change, thinking this would be my one “adulting win” of the week. As a bonus, I would get to see my favourite niece in-action at her big girl job! Instead, the nice folks here looked under the hood, found some other engine issues, and kindly explained why doing the oil change right now wouldn’t make sense. (Apparently, you can’t just maintain a car with hopes and good vibes; who knew?!) Service is decent, once you actually get served. This place runs as slow as snails. Ive seen so many clients give up and turn around. I go to different locations and Rockland is by far the slowest. If I were the store owner, I’d be changing something.
