This business has the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. I came in on a Saturday morning just after opening time for a simple oil change and found employees huddled in a corner. Slightly odd, but at the time thought nothing of it. When they realized I needed service, they clearly didn’t want to help and sent out who I assume was their supervisor, hippy looking individual who falsely claimed my oil drain plug was stripped and leaking so they wouldn’t have to do the job and sent me away. Polite, fast and well informed service and services.
I tried calling 5 times and no one picked up the phone. If they have time for a five minute oil change they should have time for a 1 minute phone call.
