I recently took my 2021 Volkswagon Jetta here for an oil change. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed that it was leaking oil. I took it back to Great Canadian Oil Change and they confirmed they had broken the oil drain plug by over-tightening it which caused the oil leak. Great Canadian Oil Change promised to replace the drain plug with an OEM Volkswagon oil pan drain plug.
