So I waited 45 mins to get in. Arrived at 10:40. Two in line ahead. I drove in at 11:30. Didn’t get out til 12:05. Car that came in after me were got before me. Not sure if there was trouble but never heard. I should have gone to the ford dealership. Thought it would have been faster. Seems like 90 mins was a long time for a change. And why ask for a tip after??? That is ridiculous. Pay your people more cash.
