I visit for an oil change a few days after moving to Medicine Hat & it was an incredible experience. Gavin was extremely helpful & friendly as he explained everything and made recommendations. I also appreciated the little car kit with a garbage bag, air freshener, and dash wipes. 10/10 service, I'll definitely be back.

Stopped in about 5 minutes to close after experiencing some mechanical issues on the highway. Gavin and the team were phenomenal - they gladly waved us in, provided a complimentary drink, and quickly got to work. Every member of the team is clearly skilled at what they do, and we felt extremely well taken care of. They were transparent with us at every stage, showing us where filter changes etc were needed, and what to keep an eye on in future. My girlfriend and I blew a serpentine belt got the car close to the shop. Gavin. The lead shop tech took time out of his personal time after work to help us get it fixed. Between myself and my girlfriend. We got the belt on and we're back on the road. Thank you to Gavin for being a solid guy!!!
