Callum helped me out today and was so kind. He could have easily just changed my oil but it wasn’t necessary so instead, he helped me problem solve, topped up my oil and sent me on my way until next time. He was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. The manager (I assume) also checked in a few times and was also very kind. My customer experience here was top notch and I will most definitely return in the future.
Great service by Callum today. First time taking my car to this location and very pleased with the honesty and thoroughness of the service provided. I will be back and will recommend to others.
I ran in on a hot day and the manager came out to greet me and offer cold water and ga e me an approx time wait which was fine. I wasn’t sure the length of time between some work done recently and if my oil change was actually done at the service However the manager who’s was polite , and professional ….. plus honest! Best experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed! Callum was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was on the fence about going to a different place or here and I’m glad I made the choice I did. The price didn’t break the bank and the service was exceptional.
