Pulled up to door. No one greeted me. Waited a few more minutes. Nothing. Another customer pulls up to a different door and drives in. I promptly leave. Never to return.
I usually go to Great Canadian Oil Change, but I tried another shop this time as they were doing other mechanical work on my truck. That shop put on the wrong oil filter and it leaked. When I showed them the part didn’t match my truck, they refused to replace it and only pressure-washed the area. I went back to Great Canadian Oil Change. They confirmed the filter was wrong, installed the correct one, checked the oil level, made sure there were no more leaks, and didn’t charge me. Reccommended a flush on clean trans fluid, refilled below line. Wouldn’t keep filling. Offered car wash, ultimately rescinded.
I love the simplicity of driving up to this garage! Every time I am amazed at how quick and painless this experience is. The guys know their mechanics here and always let me know if something is about to cause me problems and are great at prevention of problems down the road. No appointments to remember, you just drive in and in a few short moments you are good to go for another 5,000km. Thanks guys!!!
