Took in my 2500 HD Duramax for an oil change Was told they do not stock the oem Delco filters so I agreed to the Valvoline 10 days later I’m under my truck and notice it’s got a dirty Delco filter on it I called in to this location and asked if the stock Delco filters for the Duramax and was told NO I drove into the location and told the manager on site my concern He showed me a blurry video of what looked like a filter change on my vehicle I asked to see where they stock the Delco filters and was told that is against compan... read more
BUYER BEWARE. Brought in our X5 which was NOT leaking oil, they stripped the oil pan threads and gave us some crap about "it was the last tech's fault" and left us with a $600 repair bill. Their warranty process is a joke, not surprised this shop has the lowest rating of all Great Canadian oil change locations in and around Edmonton. Avoid this location.
Top notch service! Everytime. Diligent, honest, kind and friendly. Always enjoy our visit's and service's. Thank you all for always taking such great care of our work and personal vehicle's.
