Karen did a great job looking over my truck today and sharing with me some things for me to look further into.
Staff in recent years have gotten really fantastic at keeping the line handled well and showing the driver the concern and advising rather than selling. It's an honest model, and my car runs all the better for it. I have noticed that coffee and treats for customers seem to have disappeared, which is a shame (super charming and simple, but got me excited for an oil change?). Bring back the treats ♡
So kind, so helpful!! My car was burning oil and they helped check it and top it up for free. Such competent, helpful, kind service. SO IMPRESSED!!
Kiern was awesome ,checked everything , changed a PCV that soo needed it but others overlooked . Great job super fiendly
