Super great service today! I was in and out within 15 minutes. I got an oil change, Coolant flush, and a new air filter - all which came out to what I think is a great price. I’d rather pay a bit more and know that my vehicle was serviced correctly than pay a little bit less and not know what’s going on under the hood. See you at 180,000 km!
Nik was absolutely fantastic he did a wonderful job, very honest and did not try to upsell us at all. He made it all super easy and comfortable. When I come back I sure hope Nik will be the guy to serve us again! Thanks Nik!
Charlie is amazing. He was kind, professional, and knew his stuff. I was bringing my 2012 diesel golf into the Great Canadian Oil Change in Courtenay for 3 years and was wondering why I was coming in 3 times a year for an oil change (what they told me to do verbally and as per the sticker - every 5,000k) only to find out at the Nanaimo location that my car is actually due for an oil change every 12,000k.
