Stripped my skid plate bolts, botched my filter cover replacement, then didn't properly reinstall the new filter, which seized it to the block, requiring heavy duty tools and fittings to remove it. I have discovered all this in the course of changing my own oil, 30 minute job turned into 1.5 hours. Staff was friendly, probably jusy enough to convince me to tip them for having to do thi skid plate, which very well have come off if I hadn't checked it myself. Keep your receipts everyone.
I rarely write reviews BUT… I have been coming to this location for years , even moving 30+ minutes out of the city and I still come back to whenever I need an oil change. Quick, efficient and super nice / polite crew working here. I’m always impressed and just had to let everyone know !!
