My partner took our car in for an oil change. Prior to paying for said oil change my car was working fine, no noises, no problems. When my oil was being changed a bar from the glove box fell out, the person helping placed the bar back "fixing" it. After leaving and turning on the AC it was clear this issue had indeed not been fixed. Now when I turn on my AC I can hear something rattling around that shouldn't be and wasnt prior. Stopped in for an oil change and had a great experience with the team. Griffin was helping us out and his upbeat and positive energy was awesome!
They guy charged me $10 to tighten my lug nuts and didn’t check my tire pressure didn’t ask if I wanted my fluids checked didn’t want to give me me a receipt meaning he wanted to pocket the money as a tip. Won’t ever go back
