went in for oil change. guy pulled out my engine filter saying it was dirty when I personally changed it a month ago and it wasnt dirty at all. a dirty filter also filters better than a clean one. obviously there is a happy medium there. I am a mechanic myself. Anyway I just hate people who upsell unnecessary stuff. I would go to jiffy lube in hindsight.
Friendly and efficient service. My vehicle got an oil change and cabin filter replacement. I will definetly be back. I especially appreciate the technician taking the time to explain what to look for. Keep up the great work
So they did the oil change 2⭐️ Recently visited this location while going through town. This was on my fiancée’s car. We drove in because I found out she’s way over due. Got the oil change but service was lacklustre. The tech did a visual inspection under the hood that’s about it. Didn’t check transmission or diff fluids.
