Chris and Luke were so great! Came in to get my coolant flushed, didn’t even know I could get it done there. But they were so nice and really helpful. Not from cranbrook just on a road trip but definitely would recommend them!
Quoting people $59.99 + tax (All Inclusive) for conventional oil change is great… It’s value service. But up-charging people $19.99 + tax for the “included” oil filter is complete B/S! And before you try save face by saying it “Required Premium Filter” it’s 26 year old BASE MODEL’ !! meaning fairly certain your technician was well within parameters by using a “STANDARD Filter” That $27.98 extra your shop SCORED: AFFECTS me at the moment! Very disappointed wont go back Have a little car and for oil change it cost me 118$ for half synthetic oil, 130$ for full synthetic, staff were very nice But bad on me for not asking cost before my oil was changed
