Have been going to the great canadian oil change several times. I just went July 19 2025 at 130pm and the entire team was fantastic! There were a few services that were recommended. I asked if we should do a couple of them. I was advised which ones were most important for my car. When a shop isn't trying to sell every possible service, it makes me trust them a lot more. Trust is so important. I've always had a good experience at this store.
Polite and informative staff. Mason, Veronica, and Jesse were pleasant and professional. The procedure was swift and reasonably priced. Mason went the extra mile and offered to take a few pictures of the underside of my car when I mentioned I was concerned about potential rust build up underneath the vehicle. Highly recommended.
the staff was so nice, especially the main mechanic Kyle. They walked me through each step and kindly asked if anything else needed to be replaced. best spot in Orillia!
