Quick, friendly and good prices!
Normally I love this place, they do a great job changing my oil. I decided I would stop in to have my tires changed as well. My summer tires have hub centric rings - I informed the brunette lady with glasses that my wheels have them and that they get stuck on sometimes. She proceeds to tell me “ya no problem, we know all about that”. She also states that it will be an hour and a half wait. 3 hours later they finally get to my vehicle and they proceed to take the tires off and “attempt” to take the rings off. Has become my go-to oil change place. When I showed up today to get my oil change, I didn’t realize that the line-up in front of the left bay was solely for snow tire changes. I assumed there was going to be a long wait for my oil change. I appreciated Stephanie coming over to make sure I knew the line up I in was in was for snow tire changes which meant I moved into the correct line and got in and out for my oil change.
This was the first time I used GCO, and I will definitely return, and recommend this place to my friends and family. The whole staff was pleasant and helpful. I also saved $15 compared to where I used to go. The manager was really friendly, and didn't push any products on me, just a gentle offer. 👍
