Frustrated customer! Great Canadian oil change not so great? They dropped the ball on detecting that there was a leak from the drain plug! They thought the leakage was coming from elsewhere. Other than that they seem like a bunch of great guys probably a one off? Anyhow I had my mechanic change the drain plug and everything was fine. My concrete driveway is stained with oil and is a mess.They offered a free oil change which was nice:) After explaining my displeasure to the manager! He hangs up on me?? I got my oil changed for my 2006 Chrysler 300c at Great Canadian Oil Change for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and professional, offering me coffee and water while I waited. They also checked my tire pressure and topped up washer fluid. The entire service took only about 10 minutes. Highly recommend!
