Been using Great Canadian exclusively now for about 3 years for my personal and company car oil changes. I use a fleet card for my company car. Went to the Metral Drive location today and asked Jade the tech that I was there only for an oil change. I was very direct about this being an oil change only as myself or my own company does most of the other maintenance. After waiting 15 minutes for fleet card authorization Jade told me it was approved but I had to do a Cabin Air Filter also as per the fleet card company. I said no... read more
