I bought house from Great Canadian Home 2024 in st Albert. Which is my 2nd home, It was great experience, the house design concept are awesome,.and anout one year the warranty issues, I contact the Mr Kulwinder and Mr Sandeep, they were great even how busy they will get back me at the end of the day, and schedule the services.
