We love our home and especially the unique, quality features that it has. It sets it apart from other homes in the area. The builder has been very good about attending to any issues we have and takes pride in their work.
We moved in last July ( second owner), noticed a few deficiencies and tried to have them resolved through the warranty process. No luck, but when I contacted Great Canadian Homes, (Dulwinder), he was able to resolve the issues in a reasonable time frame and was very professional. Thank you Great Canadian Homes.
top notch customer service from the builder Kulwinder, I’ve owned my house now for 4yrs and whenever I have any issue he fixes it
We had a recent high winds in Fort Sask and a piece of siding came off. I appreciate the prompt attention and repair to having the siding replaced. I have had encountered a few other items that always are responded too promptly.
I was impressed with any changes or issues that arises during construction we’re dealt with promptly even after we had moved in
