It should be more like a 0
Looked at a nice double wide home but was shocked to find out it included plot " rent " of $1180/month rent, that is $14,000/year for a 1200 sq ft slab that the home sits on. This is totally insane. No wonder home is not selling. Too bad as great location close to Tilton shopping and highway access.
One of the best parks in NH! Close to shopping, great club house, landscaping taken care of by the park and a great community.
