Currently been waiting on the phone for 25 minutes in a queue for my father in law. Its taken this long to move up a single space in the queue. I dont know what the receptionist are doing but they are not very efficient. My doctors in coseley would never have take this long and they are pretty rubbish so I wouldn’t go here if you can help it as you cant even get to the receptionist let alone a doctor.
