Currently been waiting on the phone for 25 minutes in a queue for my father in law. Its taken this long to move up a single space in the queue. I dont know what the receptionist are doing but they are not very efficient. My doctors in coseley would never have take this long and they are pretty rubbish so I wouldn’t go here if you can help it as you cant even get to the receptionist let alone a doctor.
Dreadful doctors they are mean to call you if there is problem with your test results but they called me once because I am meant to a prediabetic and they are meant to check your feet and they have not done that it's terrible doctor's
