This was an amazing experience coming from someone terrified of dental work. The entire staff is lovely and I felt comfortable getting a bite adjustment here. They have great service and a useful 3-d imaging device to help as well. Most importantly they're a judgment free zone and I'd recommend to any individual or family.
My daughter is so excited to show off her big and beautiful smile all thanks to Great Big Smiles Orthodontics! The doc and staff are always friendly and helpful. Now even my little one wants to start her treatment!
Wow! I had the best experience at Great Big Smiles in Scottsdale! My permanent retainer broke yesterday and they were able to get me in first thing Today. The location was easy to find and Dr. Bowen and his entire staff were so nice and welcoming! During the process, I felt very comfortable and reassured. I highly recommended checking out their office for any orthodontic needs. They were fantastic!!
Dr. Bowen and his team were all very pleasant from the moment I booked the appointment all the way until the end of my appointment. The level of customer service was top tier and I would recommend this office to anyone.
