Sservice man very friendly very careful of our rugs that were to be taken away. War covers for his shoes so it’s not to carry in water or salt put down to not be slippery. Very efficient.
Great service as always! Been using this company for years and they always do a great job on all our rugs for reasonable price.
We have used Great Bay Carpet Cleaning a few times and are always happy with the service. We have wall to wall beige carpet upstairs with two young kids and it always looks like new once cleaned. They are friendly, always on time and easy to schedule with. Highly recommend!
I am VERY UNHAPPY with the carpet cleaning job that I paid for at my mothers house. He didn't get stains out at all! I could have done a better job with " my at home" machine. I just vacuumed at her house and there is dirt and dog hair on the carpet! No one has been in the house since the carpets were cleaned!!! Very DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.
