They go over each part of the policies and make sure you have the best choices of the best companies. Anyone can sell a cheap policy. They know what is a good company and what is not. We changed from our last company due to no follow-up each year on policies and the changes in home costs and replacement due to fires etc. They were so informative of the workings of the different coverages.
