DO NOT hire this contractor! My patio cover took just over four months to complete, he ordered the wrong lattice cover style, I am missing screws even after I asked him to come back out because there were so many missing screws, some of the lattice material is bent and scratched, he required more than half down for a deposit, and now I have a Lien on my house due to the unpaid concrete that was needed for my patio cover. Kurt Krug is the owner. He will be the cheapest quote but I highly recommend going with anyone else.
While the work provided was acceptable, what was proposed as a one month job took 10 months to complete. The job was not even started for almost 6 months after we signed the contract and paid 1/2 the cost upfront. We found it necessary to be involved in managing the job. The also were advised by his supplier that there was a lien on our home as he had not paid for the materials with the money we provided upfront. Be cautious if selecting this contractor.
