Rich and crew are knowledgeable and provide great service. Rich even took the time to help my nervous daughter learn to ride a bike.
Top-notch service and extremely efficient. This shop is the best that I know of and I've been riding for 40 years.
Excellent service, fair prices and some of the best professional advise that can be found anywhere. I have referred several here and every person has loved the service. I have been going in for 3 years, they give correct advise and complete service right the first time and never have tried to sell me something I don’t need. This is my only go to shop in all of northern Nevada!
Probably the only shop in town you can get your bike repairs finished in 24 hours...or while you wait!
Rich is a stand up guy who never makes you feel dumb if you don’t know something — other bike shops can be pretentious but GBB makes you feel at ease.

Shout out to Rich and the folks at Great Basin Bicycles. I rode hard yesterday and broke a Mavic carbon spoke during the ride. The spoke was specific to the wheelset - tried calling around several shops and no one had the part/ time to look at it. Was disappointed I would be decommissioned for a number of days. Called and spoke to Rich on the phone, drove down and he took my bike in immediately. Since he was an authorized Mavic dealer and had the parts on hand, he repaired it on the spot.
