Tyler gave us a very in depth training on how to use our hot tub and has been very responsive in answering all of our questions along the way. Thanks for providing excellent customer service after the sale! And Leia was wonderful to work with as well. It was so nice to be able to try the hot tub before deciding to buy! Thanks for being so kind and helpful! We love our salt water hot tub!
So far, my experience has gone back and forth between great and not so great. Mike and Leia at the Williamsburg Store were both exceptionally helpful. I was able to get the hot tub I wanted and it was delivered on time with ample communication leading up to the day. When people called me to ask questions or inform me of updates, they were always extremely pleasent. Our family loves our hot tub and has enjoyed it tremendously since our purchase. However, our experience with Greater Atlantic Hot Tubs as a company has been disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of their representative, Diana. Our initial interaction with the sales representative, Mike, was excellent. He was helpful and professional throughout the sales process. The entire staff, especially our salesman were very professional and highly knowledgeable. We were treated with respect and patience, and all of our questions were answered. Numerous follow-up visits were well received as well. The delivery and installation crews as well as the orientation visit were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. We cannot say enough good things!
