Leia and Mike were great. Absolute pros! They showed lots of patience and provided us with all of the knowledge and information to make the right hot tub selection. We highly recommend them and Great Atlantic in Williamsburg.

Purchased a floor model in Oct 2025. Finally installed week before thanksgiving. Paid over $12k including electric. Tub worked for 2 days leaked all over. Its now December 31. No replacement hot tub. Was promised call back on 12/19 with date to do replacement. Crickets. 3 phone calls no response. Are they even open?
Great experiece buying a hot tub. Delivery was very efficient, professional and delivery team was very friendly and was patient with my questions. Tyler was 100% awesome with our start up session. Very thorough and patent. Time at the end for questions. He was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way I could understand.
