From the beginning. We were not pressured to buy anything. We went in for information about hot tubs and it was provided to us without any bias towards any brands. I was very happy with the way we were treated even though we made it clear that we weren't buying for a while. A year later we went back into Great Atlantic spas in Williamsburg and spoke with Liea. Leia and Mike were great. Absolute pros! They showed lots of patience and provided us with all of the knowledge and information to make the right hot tub selection. We highly recommend them and Great Atlantic in Williamsburg.
Both Leia and Mike at the Williamsburg location were amazing. They answered all a questions and were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Great Atlantic Hot Tubs and encourage you to use the Williamsburg location.
