Excellent experience from start to finish! I had them come out to service my hot tub, and they did a fantastic job. They completely drained, cleaned, and refilled the tub, replaced all of the filters, and made sure the chemicals were properly balanced before finishing up. Deby was the technician who came out, and he was great to work with. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Our experience was great. Mike and Alan made sure all of our questions were answered. The team who delivered our unit were very pleasant even in the extreme heat we were having.
From the beginning. We were not pressured to buy anything. We went in for information about hot tubs and it was provided to us without any bias towards any brands. I was very happy with the way we were treated even though we made it clear that we weren't buying for a while. A year later we went back into Great Atlantic spas in Williamsburg and spoke with Liea.
