I love my new hot tub! Alan and Leah were amazing!
Purchased a floor model in Oct 2025. Finally installed week before thanksgiving. Paid over $12k including electric. Tub worked for 2 days leaked all over. Its now December 31. No replacement hot tub. Was promised call back on 12/19 with date to do replacement. Crickets. 3 phone calls no response. Are they even open?
Great experiece buying a hot tub. Delivery was very efficient, professional and delivery team was very friendly and was patient with my questions. Tyler was 100% awesome with our start up session. Very thorough and patent. Time at the end for questions. He was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way I could understand.
My experience with Hot Springs spa so far has been outstanding. From my initial contact with Liea at the office in Newtown I have been treated royally given all the information I desired and I ordered my jet setter LX tub the spa arrived in excellent condition on the day specified, and the delivery crew was also outstanding.Today I had my first indoctrination for new tub owners.
