I finally broke down and crossed this one off of my bucket list...a hot tub! Leia is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us pick out just the right one to meet our financial and physical needs. We were a bit disappointed to have to wait almost 2 months for it to get here, but it was worth the wait. The installation was completed with no issues except the top was the wrong size. We received our Hot Tub out of the box. When asked the delivery service why was it out the box , he indicated the box was torn and flapping in the wind. I noticed that it was loaded towards the front and the Hot Tub in the middle was still in the box. They delivered one Hot Tub prior to our delivery. We had to have repair work done because of scratches on the surface. We received our Hot Tub on July 16th and today we noticed leaking coming from the bottom of the tub. Tyler came out to do our orientation on our new Limelight Beam Spa this past week and was very informative and helped us get the spa programmed and chemicals balanced. It's been a pretty overwhelming experience for us, but he helped to really simplify the care and maintenance. I appreciated his transparency when asking questions. Rachel in the main office has also been extremely helpful and responsive to my inquiries and assisting with chemical knowledge as well. Wonderful experience from start to finish with Great Atlantic. Completed new owner orientation with Tyler and he was extremely helpful, informative and patient with our questions. We could not be happier with our purchase. Leia was our sales contact at the Williamsburg location and we cannot say enough about her warm and genuine nature. Everyone from sales and scheduling to delivery and orientation were awesome. Great people, phenomenal customer service and fantastic product.
Tyler gave us a very in depth training on how to use our hot tub and has been very responsive in answering all of our questions along the way. Thanks for providing excellent customer service after the sale! And Leia was wonderful to work with as well. It was so nice to be able to try the hot tub before deciding to buy! Thanks for being so kind and helpful! We love our salt water hot tub!
