We have a 2025 Zone Sojourn and we've just had a complete annex with 'cooking' tent extension installed by Kyle in Melbourne. Well...this is as close to perfection that the real world allows. Great product design (tailored to the Sojourn), excellent quality (canvass, zips, poles etc.) - all installed by a maestro! We purchased a caravan at Mornington show & the supplier had recently switched suppliers to Great Annexe Co who we knew nothing about. We returned to the show the following day & entered through a different gate & fortuitously we came across the Great Annexe display & were very happy with our choice. Fast forward 6 months and we have just taken delivery of our new caravan & the quality & service by the Great Annexe Co is the highest level of customer service you can get. The 2 stars are for Kyle the person who came out and measured and installed, not for the head office who do NOT RESPOND to emails. Having to pay if full up front should have rung alarm bells I was not happy about that, then we received the goods Kyle came out to show us how to install and it didn’t fit so back it goes comes out again and still not right we have now just received the skirt again but as the caravan is off site we are yet to check if it fits ???? Sent an email not once but 3 times to head office still no respon... read more
