Great service. Dropped the van off at 8am. Fitted the new awning skin and was ready for pick up by 1pm.
Great crew staff and team, nothing was a bother for them when assisting us on our enquiries right from the start and all the way to the fitout stage on our toyhauler 19. They really do go the extra mile to help you with everything. Highly recommend these guys and the whole team.

We left a bad review after appalling after-sale service. Having no advice on how to set it up, holes drilled incorrectly etc. The response from the Great Annexe company was: “ We stayed in contact until dispatch, but unfortunately we weren’t made aware when the annexe arrived, so we missed the chance to guide you through the setup straight away.” Our annexe was delivered to their showroom in Bayswater.
