2 main issues: 1. They caused a major headache only allowing their list of approved notaries for us to sign paperwork and charged $200 for it. They cited AZ state law required it, but after contacting other AZ title agencies confirmed this was not true and solely their internal policy. 2. Lazy, uncommunicative and irresponsible are all words that I would use to describe this title agency and particularly Debby Kieffer. Our escrow closed on 9/12/25, with a modest refund due to us at closing. On 9/30, I called the title company to inform them that we did not receive our closing package nor check. Debby informed me it was mailed and accused me of providing a bad address. She agreed to place a stop payment and remail the package.
