Lazy, uncommunicative and irresponsible are all words that I would use to describe this title agency and particularly Debby Kieffer. Our escrow closed on 9/12/25, with a modest refund due to us at closing. On 9/30, I called the title company to inform them that we did not receive our closing package nor check. Debby informed me it was mailed and accused me of providing a bad address. She agreed to place a stop payment and remail the package.
