Speedy and efficient Service – Working with Great American Title Agency has been a pleasure. My transaction was particularly tricky due to some issues that arose with the property I was purchasing but the staff and Great American went above and beyond to facilitate my transaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to use a Title company.
Excellent Title & Escrow Agent – I just closed on a bank owned proprety and Great American Title handled the title and escrow work. It was a difficult transaction but my escrow officer helped us get through it. I would recommend them for all your real estate transactions!
Terrible customer service – They have absolutely zero professionalism, customer service, attention to detail or regard to deadlines. I will do anything to avoid using them in the future!
Do Not Use – Awful, awful company. Poor customer service. Does not comply with deadlines. Mgmt needs to attend intense employee relationship skills. Would rate zero if it were a choice!
Wonderfully nice staff – The nicest staff I have ever worked with. Answered my questions free of charge and was pleasant in the process. I would definitely reccomend them.

Avoid Great American Title Company In Phoenix – The seller of the property I am still in the process of buying is the one who chose this title company. I had no choice but to use Great American Title in Phoenix. From the very start...sending the earnest money deposit...my experience has been a nightmare. Hung up on or put on terminal hold (longest was 40 min) was par for the course. No confirmation my earnest deposit even made it to the office via courier. The worst?
