They were great. I had multiple damages due to hail on my home and 1200 sq foot of deck and deck lighting. He addressed all issues and coordinated the repairs. Awesome job..
Steve (the business owner) was here on several occasions during and after the job was completed to check on the progress and to see if the clean-up was complete. He sent one of the crew back to improve the clean-up when he was not satisfied. I appreciated his responsiveness. The city inspector repeated twice "they did a very good job" The crew completed the job in one day. The gutters were installed on the following day. Thanks Steve and crew.
Working with Steve was a pleasure! We had 2 roofs replaced after the last major hail storm. He helped us with the process of dealing with insurance, picking the new roofs we wanted, replacing skylights, etc. If/when we have damage again, we'll be using Great American!
