Same story as all the other 1 star reviews. Contact initiated with customer service for the cheap,defective products they sell from China. Asked for my address to send a replacement and that was the end of our correspondence.
We purchased a swim pal and it does not work properly because the water does not stay in because it has snaps .On my instructions it says that it's supposed to have a zipper. I emailed your company about it and they said that's not correct. It has snaps. I emailed the pictures of my instructions that show that it was supposed to have a zipper and there has been no response. That's poor customer service.
i left a message to an automatic answer machine, that never answer! Leslie pool also offered the warranties, but they told me i have to pay $180.00 for the inspection and if the product is damaged i have to pay plus delivery. The same pump cost on amazon $175.00 and free delivery. Really bad customer service.
want to start a claim and they never respond to emails or call you back. Not recommended. poor service......
