I dropped a necklace off for a minor fix on a Friday. By Tuesday I had a call with a reasonable quote and I was able to pick it up that very Friday. Will go again if I need more jewelry repairs!
Dropped four watches off for battery replacements and was pleasantly surprised when they were done the following day. I didn’t have to wait weeks for them or have to call to follow up. Most of all, no one made me feel as if my jewelry was worthless and I felt that my patronage was appreciated. Terrie is a gem and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business.
Fantastic place!
Told me they would be able to fix my watch but their repair person wasn’t in so I left it with them for 3 days. Was told someone would call me with my options/estimate. No one ever called so I called them, and the guy seemed Irritated and told me it couldn’t be fixed that I needed to contact Harley. (Harley doesn’t make watches). So I showed up the next 3 nights 30-45 mins before they were supposed to be closed to pickup my watch only to find them closed and gone.
