I recently purchased a Citizen Women's watch at Great American Jewelry in Circleville, Ohio. The store is clean and has gifts and jewelery displayed in an attractive manner. The selection was great and the customer service was beyond excellent. Shane and his staff were friendly, kind, helpful and courteous. It was such a pleasure to be their customer. I visited this store with the intention of buying what I needed. Unfortunately, the clerk showed a very unpleasant attitude: short answers, rude demeanor, and no willingness to help. Still, I took a deep breath, stayed calm, and went through with my purchase. But it shouldn’t have to be this way—customers deserve respect and a friendly service. I resisted the poor treatment because I needed the product, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place as long as this kind of service continues.

My daughter decided the day of prom that she just HAD to wear a certain necklace that she’d carelessly tossed into her jewelry box leaving it in knots. I took a chance and stopped in. The owner fixed the necklace on the spot! Wonderful experience and now my daughter can have the prom look she wanted!
