Beautiful community
Logistically, this is a lovely family park….easy access to freeways, parks and shopping. However, the husband and wife management team make it a nightmare to live here. They treat owner/residents with contempt. Discourage friendly neighborhood freedom in the park. Practice discrimination. The lot fee though is reasonable so I gave it one star.
The phone number 708-671-1540 online is disconnected and there is absolutely no way to get whole of Management since they are never at the office. They haven't given out new leases in over two years but will hike up rents. There are trailers with squatters in them, but Police will not kick them out. I give this place zero stars.
Clean, friendly, and very welcoming. Ingrid was very helpful and has an amazing rapport. We connected instantly and her confidence and attitude me made me comfortable to apply for a home! Thank you, Ingrid! She mentioned she just started there so I figured you should know you made a great choice on hiring her! Now my best friend will become a first time homeowner this week. I'll be sure to continue referring Ingrid.
The woman in the office will harass you if she doesn't like you. The park rent is constantly being raised without notice. Background checks are run each month and you are charges $50 for them. They will harass you and try to drown you in fees until you are forced to move or sell so they can use your trailer as a rental. The most disgusting part?!? THE WOMAN IN THE OFFICE IS A STAR ON PORNHUB!!!
lived in forest hills village for many years..inherited this spot when my dad passed away but my latest experience tells me i'm moving A.S.A.P, So waterline busts at the meter, called the "emergency repair" guy since the office wasn't open, he comes over does a jerry rig fix and overtightens the pipe cracks it in 2 places causing a leak to spray within under 2 weeks..no teflon tape +overtightening with a large pipe wrench where a small cresent wrench should have been used..mangled the outside of the fitting as well...claims... read more
I lived in Forest View for 4 years. It's quiet, my first neighbor was a dream and people keep to themselves for the most part. The first two under old management, which wasn't the best but was relatively easy to work with. The plowing in winter is awful, don't try to get out if it snows on the weekend, the customer service was fair, now, they don't know the meaning. The last 2 years were a joke! New management was a nightmare from the start! New lease in the same place required a background check...$85! The old lease ... read more
After living here one year and requesting my car port to be completed numerous times, they finally did it. Why the delay? They said they lacked workers and supplies due to COVID. HOWEVER, my 3 neighbors across the street and the vacant house on the next block was completed 6 weeks before mine. I talked to Danielle at the Corporate Office after getting ZERO respect from the local office in Chesterfield, MI. She was yelling at me through the phone! Not one word of apology or empathy.
I've never lived in a community managed so poorly before. called corporate yesterday after property manager has neglected to fix sewage gas leaking into my house with my pregnant fiance. 2 months after initial. The person that was supposed to call me after i initially stated i no longer want to talk to the property manager; instead called the property mamager to deal with me.
