Will not use this place again. Done! Quote you a price on the phone, you get there to pick up the cake, almost $20 more! And I verified before ordering. Young staff doesn’t care and unbearably rude! Done!
My daughter is a Harry Potter fan, I don’t have the slightest clue about Harry Potter. I called and asked if they could do something for the theme. The girl told me yes, asked what I wanted.. told her basically to surprise me. This is by far one of the best cakes I have ever purchased from here! It exceeded my expectations! She didn’t have a clue about it until after we got it! Thank y’all so much!!!

Heather was the salesperson helping me. Tattoo on her left wrist. She was completely rude, never smiled, and acted like I was wasting her time. She answered all of my questions with one word. I will never order another cake from here.
