I placed an order for a cookie cake a week ago and earlier this week I called and asked to move the time up from 3 PM to 2 PM and was told no problem. I came at 2:30 and the cake isn’t ready. I spoke to the girl I spoke to earlier this week and she said they are just really busy. I won’t order from here again. What’s the point of preordering? My son will be so disappointed.
They make the cutest designs. One year later and I'm still talking about this cookie cake slice of Cookie Monster eating a cookie cake slice.
My family and I were strolling through the mall when we noticed the cookies and made the decision to get a little treat. The woman who sat in front of us and just stared at us was incredibly distracted and looked like a complete mess was not wearing her cap and had her hair out. This is the best Great American cookie company! We always order our cookie cakes from here and they are always perfect and so delicious! Special shout out to Brianna who took our order and brought it out to us at curbside. Sweet young lady. Thanks for another great cookie cake! We will be back next birthday celebration!
