This is the best Great American cookie company! We always order our cookie cakes from here and they are always perfect and so delicious! Special shout out to Brianna who took our order and brought it out to us at curbside. Sweet young lady. Thanks for another great cookie cake! We will be back next birthday celebration!
The staff were super rude
I bought a coupon book and I wanted to use one at the great American cookies inside of North Star mall. And they wouldn’t validate it even tho the location was clearly on there.
Cookies were not edible enjoyable. I spent $20 on 7 Cookies. Only one was enjoyable. Crunchy cooked. Rest the edges were cooked. Rest was doughy. Disgusting my Toddlers complained yuk 🤮 The 6 sugar Cookies were for them. I'm throwing them away right now 4 days old sitting on my counter. I was passed then. Now I'm ever more upset that was $15 in the trash. Y BECAUSE EMPLOYEES ARE UNDER COOKING THE PRODUCT THAT COST REDICULOUS $$$
