A little bit shocked and mortified upon picking up the cake I ordered. The writing on the cake was nothing like any of the cakes on the website or in the displays - I’ve been ordering cookie cakes for twenty years and have never seen a cake with such poor writing on it. Closed 45 minutes early and would not let me in even though the cookies were still on display and workers were right there behind the counter
I had a great experience with Great American cookie. They gave me an incredible deal on this huge Lord of the Rings birthday cookie cake. They were incredibly sweet to me and made a BEAUTIFUL cake. I almost didn't want to eat it cause it was so well done.
