I went in and bought 2 large pretzel bites . One was garlic flavor & it was nasty & had way too much powder on the product so I asked to switch it with something else. One girl told me ok and it was coming out the oven. But the dark young man called me to the counter & told me NO because I ordered a “whole large” and that’s why he offers samples. Wasn’t even offered a refund. Rude & gossiping about other employees.
Cookies just ain't the same anymore, lacking in taste, and it's turned into a business there know more pride in making the cookie.
Don't give you what you order. Check everything before you walk away.
