I want to start out by saying Great American Cookie as a whole is an amazing company, but especially the Macon location! They have hands down the best cookies ever! Shoutout to Nakenzie, she is always so sweet, friendly, and very helpful. If you’ve never tried their cookies you MUST stop by! If Great American Cookie has zero customers/fans then I am dead.
Went to celebrate my birthday with a free slice coupon and it only took 99 cents off. Asked why that was and the worker told me she didn’t know why and was rude and didn’t seem to care. She told me “that’s just how it is” when there was no special circumstances listed in the coupon in the app. Contacted customer service and have been ignored. Waste of money
The food is pretty good. But the service is terrible. Three workers in the place and they all ignored us for like 10 minutes instead of taking our order. The store was completely empty during this time.
