I wanted to bring to your attention a quality issue I experienced with a recent cake purchase. A significant portion of the center of the cake was undercooked—essentially raw and with the consistency of cookie dough. This was disappointing, especially given the expectation of a fully baked product. So apparently I was calling the wrong number this am . Corporate called the store to advise them I have been calling and apparently I had wrong number . An employee called me back and took my order ! Thank you for such a quick response you guys have the best cookies in the world. Claudia Camarillo
